REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

  • Registrants must register and present badges in order to enter the conference rooms, business meetings and networking sessions.
  • Children, spouses, and guests of attendees do not need to register to share hotel accommodations but must register if they wish to participate in conference events.
  • Cancellations must be made in writing (email) by 15th September, 2026 and are subject to a 100GHC processing fee. No refunds will be issued on cancellations received after this date, or for conference no-shows. Substitutions are accepted in lieu of cancellations.
  • Group Registrations – Teams of 5 and up kindly contact the event desk for discounts.
