Solomon Adjei

Solomon Adjei is a versatile business and youth development coach, experienced conference facilitator, and speaker. He also mentors numerous youth startups in Ghana and across Africa. He currently serves as the President of the Association of Ghana Startups (formerly known as the Ghana Startup Network). This organization is a leading network and advocate for startup entrepreneurs in Ghana. Their mission is to cultivate globally competitive startups, improve their survival rates, foster growth, and reduce the collapse rate. They focus on four main areas: Capacity Building, Policy Advocacy, Access to Funding, and Trade Facilitation.

Solomon and his team coordinate various events such as the Young Entrepreneurs Summit, Ghana Startup Dialogue, Young Entrepreneur Awards, Lady Founders Forum, Ghana Startups and SMEs International Exchange Program, Ghana Startups and SMEs Trade Fair, and Ghana Startup Week.

As an Information Technology and Business Consultant, Solomon primarily advises Youth Startups and Small and Medium Enterprises. He has extensive experience in IT Systems Design, Development, and Implementation, Business and Project Management, Corporate Networking, Youth Entrepreneurship Development, and International Trade Relations.

He is a passionate keynote speaker at youth empowerment programs and has moderated prominent events like Youth Konnekt Africa and Commonwealth-related activities across Africa. Solomon also serves as the Ghana Country Coordinator for the Commonwealth Alliance of Young Entrepreneurs and is leading the establishment of the Alliance of Africa Startups.

Solomon holds certificates in Business Management, Computer Studies, Journalism, and International Trade.
